| The cuisine
of Milelja Inselgarten offers its guests a lush breakfast
buffet. The foods are
prepared from the island’s fresh produce. Honey, eggs
and vegetables come from the immediate neighbourhood, the feta
is homemade, oil, olives, fruit and herbs are partly home-grown.
Bread is delivered fresh by the baker each day. Meal times are
set in accordance with seminar leaders.
Room service: All rooms
are cleaned and towels exchanged twice a week, bed linen once
a week, more often if needed.
